Pasar Besar Seremban

Went to the Seremban wet market today to get some grocery, another first for me since I was afflicted with cancer. I have fond memories as a kid tagging along with my dad on Sundays for marketing. I am the porter who lugged all the weekly groceries back to the car.

I am getting some "normal" grocery. I am easing off on my previously strict "only" organic produce diet and have begun eating non-organic produce. There are some vegetables which I think have less pesticide or do not need pesticide and herbicide to be produced. But this I have to find out more. Also bought a few packets of vegetable seeds; planting some vegetables at home, so the "cleanliness" of the veges is guaranteed!
